SHIPPING

Available products are delivered within Germany within 1–3 working days. Shipping to Switzerland usually takes 4–7 working days and to Austria 2–5 working days.  
You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been processed.

We currently sell and deliver exclusively within Germany, Switzerland and Austria. All orders are dispatched from our headquarters in Germany and shipped exclusively with our logistics partner DHL.

Shipping within Germany is free of charge. Shipping to Switzerland costs CHF 12, and is free for orders over CHF 100. Shipping to Austria costs €8.75, and is free for orders over €80.

We process and dispatch your orders during our regular business hours.
These are Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 20:00 (CET) (excluding public holidays).

RETURNS

Returns can be sent directly to our headquarters in Germany. We process returns and refunds quickly and without complications. 

Please drop off your return at your local shipping provider.
