§1 Scope of Application

(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers.

(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 German Civil Code).

§3 Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

(2) By clicking the order button (“Buy now”), the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping basket.

(3) The contract is concluded as soon as we accept the order by sending an order confirmation by email or dispatch the goods.

(4) The ordering process generally consists of the following steps:

1. Selection of the desired goods
2. Adding items to the shopping basket
3. Reviewing the information in the shopping basket
4. Entering delivery and payment details
5. Submitting the binding order via the “Buy now” button

(5) Before submitting the binding order, the customer can correct any input errors at any time using the standard browser functions.

§4 Prices and Shipping Costs

(1) All prices stated are final prices and include statutory VAT.

(2) In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply. The exact shipping costs will be shown to the customer during the ordering process.

(3) Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs such as customs duties, import charges or local taxes may apply. These charges are imposed by the relevant authorities and must be borne by the customer.

§5 Payment Terms

(1) The following payment methods are generally available in our online shop:

(2) The payment method will be charged immediately after the order is completed, unless otherwise agreed.

§6 Delivery

(1) Delivery is carried out by the shipping service provider DHL.

(2) Delivery times are generally as follows:

Germany: 1–3 working days
Europe: 2–5 working days
UK: 4-7 working days
Switzerland: 4–7 working days

(3) For personalised products, delivery times may be extended by an additional 1–2 working days for processing.

(4) Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking number.

(5) Delays caused by the shipping provider are beyond our control.

§7 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§8 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found in our cancellation policy.

§9 Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Personalised Products

According to § 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This applies in particular to personalised products.

§10 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

§11 Contract Language

The languages available for concluding the contract are German, English, French, Spanish, Italian and Dutch.
