We ship our orders exclusively with DHL.

Delivery Times

Germany: 1–3 working days
Austria: 2–5 working days
Switzerland: 4–7 working days

The delivery period begins once the contract has been concluded. For personalised products, delivery times may be extended by an additional 1–2 working days for processing.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking number.

Germany: free shipping
Austria: free shipping on orders over €40
Switzerland: free shipping on orders over CHF 50

Shipping charges may apply below these order values. The exact shipping costs will be shown during the checkout process.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional charges such as customs duties, import fees or local taxes may apply. These are levied by the relevant authorities and must be borne by the customer.

RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

We recommend contacting us via our contact form, by email or through the WhatsApp chat on our website before returning your item so that we can provide you with all necessary return information. However, this is not a requirement for exercising your right to cancel.

Once we have received and checked the return, we will refund the value of the goods within 14 days using the original payment method.

Important Note on Personalised Products

In accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 German Civil Code, personalised products are excluded from the right of cancellation, as they are made individually to customer specifications.

If there is an error on our part with a personalised product (e.g. incorrect engraving or damaged goods), please contact us. In this case, we will of course make sure a suitable solution is found.

Free Gifts in Promotional Offers

As part of certain promotions, a free gift may be offered if a minimum order value is reached.

If returning goods causes the required minimum order value to fall below the threshold, the free gift must also be returned.

If the free gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding value of the free gift from the refund.
