You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days and return the goods at your own expense.
Please ensure that items are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are not covered.
Personalised products are generally non-returnable unless there is an error on our part (e.g. incorrect engraving). In this case, we will of course replace the product.
Free gift with returns
If you received a free gift as part of a promotion linked to a minimum order value, the following applies:
- If your order value falls below the required amount due to a return, the free gift must also be returned.
- If the free gift is not returned, the corresponding value will be deducted from your refund.
- If your order value remains above the promotional threshold after the return, you may of course keep the free gift.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the value of the goods within 14 days using the original payment method. Please keep your proof of postage until you have received your refund.

Yes. The set is made from food-grade materials and has been tested for contact with food.
Is the silicone BPA-free?
Yes. The silicone we use is BPA-free and contains no harmful plasticisers.
Is the dinnerware LFGB tested?
Yes. The set has been tested in accordance with the German Food and Feed Code (LFGB) and BfR recommendations and meets strict requirements for food contact.
Does the material release substances into food?
No. Migration tests have confirmed that no harmful substances transfer into food.
Does the dinnerware have any odour or affect taste?
No. The material has been sensorily tested and does not have any noticeable odour or impact on taste.
Has it been tested for harmful substances?
Yes. Our products have been tested for BPA, heavy metals such as lead and cadmium, and other harmful substances.
Is the wood used in the cutlery also safe?
Yes. The wooden components of our products have also been tested and are suitable for contact with food.
Is the dinnerware dishwasher safe?
The silicone parts are dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe and heat-resistant. Cutlery with wooden handles should be washed by hand, as wood may swell and the engraving may fade.
Can the dinnerware be sterilised?
Yes. The silicone is heat-resistant and can be boiled or sterilised.
Does silicone stain from food?
No. Even strongly coloured foods generally do not leave permanent stains.
Does the suction base stick to all surfaces?
The suction base adheres best to smooth, clean and flat surfaces. Adhesion may be reduced on rough or uneven surfaces.
How is the name applied?
The name is permanently engraved into the material using laser engraving, without the use of colours or chemical additives.
Is the engraving durable?
Yes. The engraving is permanent and will not wear off with normal use. Cutlery with wooden handles should be hand-washed, as wood may swell when exposed to moisture.
Will the name be engraved exactly as entered?
We use the exact spelling provided. Names are engraved with an initial capital letter and the remaining letters in lowercase by default. Special characters and umlauts are supported. If you prefer the name to be fully capitalised, you can specify this in the order notes.
Can I change or correct my personalisation after placing the order?
Yes. In your order confirmation, you can review the entered personalisation. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately via our contact form or by email at contact@lil-miracle.de before production begins. Once production has started, changes are no longer possible.
Are personalised products excluded from returns?
Yes. Personalised items are excluded from the right of withdrawal as they are made individually. However, if there is an error on our part, we will of course find a solution.

They are carefully handcrafted in Germany. Depending on the set, up to 30 hours of work may be involved.
